...Usually the sign of either: problem with polarotor
-- check wires and rotor-- or, if using an LNBF, check for the cause
of a short -- perhaps corrosion in the F-connector.

Of if you are using LNB's but the receiver is configured to use LNBF's this could happen. |

Would you believe a bad connection at the rec. on the
white skew wire and the rookie had the rec. set for LNBF when it should
have been LNB. Thanks to all for much needed help. |
