I am sure having problems with the IPG since StarChoice started moving things around, for 2 days now I have the dreaded "No Info" on all the channels in the guide. Is anyone else with a 921 having problems? I have tried unplugging the unit, removing the ku coax cable for a hour/8 hours and nothing seems to bring back the guide. I can get the American guide no problem, but as soon as I move back to A2 the guide is gone again, yesterday I couldn't even get it to show the channel numbers. Any suggestions--I haven't call StarChoice yet -Do you think they might be able to help!

David

Something doesn't sound right as I have the guide working just fine on mine David. Not sure if it would help or not but I would call Starchoice and ask for a hit to see if it does solve the problem.

Hi Dave,

Starchoice trickles the guide information a little at a time. I find on my 921 if I load the US guide and move to A2 to get the *Choice guide it will take a couple of hours to load it. It always reloads overnight.

Guess we will just have to live with this.

Regards,

Dave
