21/06/2001 : r0kawa become the maintainer of the forum apps. Now forum has supported
template and add a few icons
29/06/2001 : Fixing a few bugs related to the old forum
4/07/2001  : Update some banners and setup directory for tables upgrade
now the table is change from f_body, phpgw_forum_body and so are others
13/07/2001 : Add the ACL support
